pa_install_webapp_letsencrypt_ssl.py command not found

at the last step of letsencrypt, after starting a new console and tried to run the command below pa_install_webapp_letsencrypt_ssl.py www.bunnyandmeow.com

but it says: bash: pa_install_webapp_letsencrypt_ssl.py: command not found

why the command not found? which directory should I be in to run this?

Do you have the pythonanywhere package installed? That is needed for pa_install_webapp_letsencrypt_ssl.py
