SSH Access not working with paid account

Wondering if you need to reset something on your end for it to take effect. Bought the subscription yesterday.

more info, im connecting at destrovelh@ssh.pythonanywhere.com and it kicks me out with Connection Closed

To be fair to you, it's not entirely obvious that SSH usernames are case-sensitive :-)

Hey, I didn't want to make a new topic, but is there any way I can get ASGI support? I really want to use Quart to speed up my server.

I did a search and saw a 2 year old comment by glenn saying you don't have any way to support it, but I was hoping maybe something had changed in the past couple years.
