Whitelist HoneyWell API?

Hello, I am recieving a proxy error when connecting to Honeywell API: host='tccna.honeywell.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /Auth/OAuth/Toke n (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', error('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',))) Can you whitelist the server(s)? Thanks

Could you give a link to a documentation page on their site where they say that that is an API endpoint?
