Updating avconv

Is it possible to update avconv to version 10.0?

Unfortunately not, but our new system image has ffmpeg version 2.8.14 instead -- would that help?

Maybe, how do I get ffmpeg though? It's still not recognized as a command on my machine.

You have an old system image that is still using avconv. We can update your system image, but read this https://blog.pythonanywhere.com/166/ for how to do it and for some warnings about the effect it will have on your account.
