I am trying to add SSL certificate in in my domain using dehydrated. Everything goes well until the last step where challenge invalid comes. I have write directory structure and everything fine. Please help me adding SSL in my domain. And also I want to ask will it work for both non-www and www version? If not, how to do that?

The process here works. If you're having an issue, it's because you missed a step or skipped over a warning.

The process can only generate a certificate for a web app that exists. Whether it's for www or without www is dependant on what your web app is.
