Would like to add the congress api to the whitelist

Sunlight api: https://sunlightlabs.github.io/congress/index.html#parameters/api-key has been deprecated and moved to propublica, how do we get propublica added to the whitelist? https://api.propublica.org/congress/v1/

The api documents you show seem to be for congress.api.sunlightfoundation.com. Please show us the api documentation for api.propublica.org for us to add that to the whitelist.
