web app only works if I keep open code file on pythonanywhere.com

I have https webservice for alexa skill , using flask ask. but it only works if i keep open code file on pythonanywhere.com . It should be working 24/7 , same as website. Please help

Is this something you're running in a console on PythonAnywhere? We don't guarantee that code in consoles keeps running forever -- sometimes the console servers need to be rebooted. There are options for keeping non-website code running 24/7 but they're only available in paid accounts.
