Custom Domain

Hello, i have a kind of bug. I paid the plan Hacker and i had a django aplication deployed. Well i see this guide https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/UsingANewDomainForExistingWebApp And i want to set a custom domain, but in the web tab, there is not the pencil to customize the domain, which can be the problem?
