OSError: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable

I am not able to send Emails using MS360 service from PAW free account. I am getting 'OSError: [Errno 101] Network is unreachable' error everytime. Its working fine on paid account. What is the reason behind this.

That's because free accounts have restricted external internet access. See this.
