i Can't connect with ssh here are the errors I have.

What's the exact command you are using for sftp? (confused about how you are doing a ssh but get a sftp error)

I am trying to use it by WinSCP. Didn't change any setting in WinSCP

File Protocol: SFTP Username: (username) Password: (password) Port: 22 ---should I change it?

Hitting login, no luck! Please give a suggestion, don't want to use command line as folder need to change frequently.

It looks like you might be using the wrong username -- it should be rajibkumar, but I can see some login attempts coming in using an email address that contains that string. Try logging in with the username instead of the email address.

It worked, I was trying with email as username, and later may be typed wrong username. Awesome support! I appreciate it. Wish, pythonanywhere will make a desktop software to make everything more easy someday.
