hi, i'm developing a site which uses a db stored in heliohost.org, but heliohost isn't whitelist. Could you please allowed this site? thanks.

Unfortunately, a site being on the whitelist only allows you to access it over HTTP or HTTPS -- most databases use their own protocols, which aren't based on those.

Putting it on the whitelist won't help if it's a database, because databases normally don't use HTTP or HTTPS for their connections. If you upgrade to a paid account, you'll get unrestricted Internet access, so that would fix the problem.
Ok, I understand. And isn't there a way to whitelist for the db connection?
