Does this platform supports websocket based slack rtm API ((https://api.slack.com/rtm) ? I am trying but not able to connect to my bot from this platform. Is it possible ?

i should add, inbound websocket connections aren't possible at all. so if you want to build a tool that connects to a websockets api, then that should work on a paid account. but if you want to build a web app that uses websockets connections to talk directly to your users' browsers, then that won't work at all. i don't think that's what you're trying to do though.
