Traffic monitor issue
Yeah. We've had some issues with the hit counting recently, but that would not cause any outages on your web app because the hit counting is not done as part of handling any requests.

Sorry Glenn, I was equivocal. I experienced the outage in the traffic monitor display not in the web app. That works perfectly!
